A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING. OF MONEY BY THE
CITY. OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, '
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF TAE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: .That the City of Meridian, through their
properly designated officials, to-wit: Don NI. Storey, Mayor,
Herald J. Cox,. City Clerk, and Helen Ryker, Gity Treasurer,
are hereby authorized to borrow from the Farmers & Merchants
State Bank, Meridian, Idaho, the-sum of $100,000.00, at an
interest rate not to exceed 10$ per annum, fora period of not
to exceed ninety days.
Section 2: That this resolution is passed and is related,
to that bond issue previously passed by the City of Meridian
in the amount of 2.325 million dollars, for the improvement of
water and sewer facilities for the Municipality of Meridian,
Ada County,. Idaho.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by ,the Mayor of
the City of Meridian, this-28th day of August, 1975.
