As per the official notice of sale, stating the selection of a paying agent by the City Council, I would appreciate your consideration of the professional services jof this bank, i.e., The Idaho First National Bank, Meridian, Idaho. I feel this bank can offer a more personalized package of continuing fine service and convenience to the city's operating per- sonnel than can be realized from a more distant relationship with a Boise Trust Department or bank. Our fees for this service will be 1220 per coupon and $1.50 per each maturing $5,000.00 bond. To provide a continuity of service -to the city throughout the life of this bond issue, we ask that this bank be named the depository for the bond proceeds and revenue funds, as outlined in the newly adopted Revenue Bond Ordinance. A representative from our Municipal Financing & Investments department will be available to meet with city personnel, without obligation, to aide in setting up the revenue procedures and require- ments of the bond issue.
