REGULATING STANDING OR PARKING CIASE TO CURB.
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDARO:-
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 25~ of the Reviasd and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to stand•or park a vehicle in
a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in
the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the curbside wheels
of the vehicle within eighteen inches (18~~) of the curb or edge of the
roadway, other than where diagonal parking is designated.
Section 2. In the event any part of this Ordinance coaflicta
with any existing Ordinance of the City of Meridian, this Ordinance
shall be deemed ae prevailing and the Ordinance it ie in conflict with
is deemed repealed.
Section 3. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, xhich emergency
is deolared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force

APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION PLATS, IN AND FOR TBE CITY OF MERIDIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED $Y TBE MAYOR A2U) CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA Cc%UNTY, IDAHO:..
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 246 of the Revised and Compiled
Orflinances of the City of Meridian, be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
APPROV~4I, OF SUBDIVISION PLAT: No plat shall be recorded or
offered for record until the plat has been reviewed by the Zoning and
Planning Commission and approved by the Mayor and Council of Meridian
and shall bear thereon the approval by endorsement of the Mayor and
City Clerk of said City, Before any of the above bodies shall issue
approval of plat they shall-have received a certification from the
design engineer that the work performed is in compliance with and
meats the specifications of the plat. Any coats involved in this
certification shall be the cost of the developer. In the event the
developer posts a bond for the work done. the Council may grant ver_

PROHIBITING ALL NIGHT PARKING,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAAO:-
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a
vehicle within the fire district limits as defined in Section
6-102 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian, for a period of
time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hour of 2:00 A.M.,
and 5:0p A,M., of any day, except physicians on emergency calls,
