Arnold, Commissioner ~~~J~~~~i~ APR 2 ~` 2008 CI~~Y OF MEt~ii~lAN CIT'Y CL~RK nFFI(;F= In response to your request for comment, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Planning Review staff has reviewed the submitted application and site plan for the item referenced above. It has been determined that there are no site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that all street improvements exist. An impact fee was assessed prior to the MCZC with a SPR number given by ACHD. MSPR-08-193 was the number assigned to the tenant improvement for Tangles Salon on Fairview Avenue and it was review by Brian Warbis in our Development Review department. It was found that there was no change in use and that no impact fees would be due. If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACHD Planning Review will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time. A traffic impact fee will not need to be assessed by ACHD. Prior to the construction or installation of any roadway improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement widening, driveways, culverts, etc), a permit or license agreement must be obtained from ACHD.
