The Purchasing Department respectfully requests that the following item be placed on the
April 8 City Council Consent Agenda for Council's consideration.
Award of Bid and Approval of Agreement for Independent Contractor Services for
.Heroes Park Construction. The Bid was opened on March 31, 2008. The Agreement
is the City's standard Agreement for Independent Contractor Services.
Recommended Council Action: Award of Bid and Approval of Agreement with
Boise Excavation for the Not-To-Exceed amount of $149,936.56., and authorize
the Mayor to sign and City Clerk to attest.
