Any temporary structures shall be portable and completely removed at the end of the allowed time period (UDC 11-3E-4C3). 6. All surfaces used for parking shall be constructed with paving, vegetative cover, or of dustless material (UDC 11-3E-4E4). Per Larry Miller's narrative, the Meridian Speedway water truck will water down all non-paved parking areas. 9. All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations for signs, Chapter 3 Article D SIGN REQUIREMENTS of the Meridian City Municipal Code (LJDC 11-3E-4F). All proposed signage shall require separate sign permit approval. 10. The informational bullet points that follow provide specifics of this event from ours of operation, to dates and timeline of setup through tear down. Sale Dates -Thursday, Mazch 13th 2008 through Sunday, Mazch 16th 2008. Hours of operation - Thurs l Oa - 9p; Fri 9a - 9p; Sat 9a - 9p; Sund l Oa - 6p. Purpose: Sale of used cars and trucks. Advertising: Radio, Television, Newspaper. Participating Dealers (4): Larry Miller Pontiac, Buick, Cadillac/Larry Miller Sundance Dodge/ Larry Miller Honda/ Larry Miller Subaru, Mitsubishi Total units for sale: 100 vehicles per dealer / 400 vehicles total Event Setup and Breakdown: Vehilces will be loaded in and setup will occur Wednesday, Mazch 12th between the hours of Sam - 9pm. Breakdown will occur on Sunday at the conclusion of their last sale with a possible overflow into Monday no later than Spm. The Meridian Speedway will not be using the facility for racing or other activities that weekend. The sale will be the only event utilizing the facilities and the pazking lot area as described in the attached map or inside the Meridian Speedway during the times and dates outlined above.
