Site Plan: The Site Plan dated February 28, 2008, labeled Harry's, is approved (stamped "Approved" on
March 14, 2008 by the Meridian Planning Department) with no changes. The approved site plan is not to be
altered without prior written approval of the Planning Department.
Handicap -Accessibility: The structure, site improvements and parking areas must be in compliance with all
federal handicap -accessibility requirements.
ACHD Acceptance: All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any
changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACRD requirements, a new site plan shall be
submitted to the City of Meridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Li htin : Lighting shall not cause glare or impact the traveling public or neighboring development and
comply with lighting standards as defined in UDC 11-3A-11.
Signage: No signs are approved with this CZC. All business signs will require a separate sign permit in
compliance with UDC 11-3D.
Plan Modifications: Except for the changes mentioned above, the approved Site Plan stamped "Approved" on
March 14, 2008, is not to be altered without prior written approval of the Planning Department. No significant
field changes to the site or landscape plans are permitted; prior written approval of all changes is required.

This application is to build a small fence on the east side of the building that is currently a
concrete pad where Harry's Meridian Grill can utilize the space for an outdoor patio. The
concrete pad was not intended nor designed to be used as a sidewalk but rather for the
future option of an outdoor patio.
The patio will extend 9 ft out, which would still allow 1 foot for minimal pedestrian
traffic. The section does not lead to anywhere so we don't anticipate anyone using it. This
area does not need to meet any ADA requirements as those met with the stalls and access
in front of the building and the area in between the two buildings.
