RELEASE OF EASEMENT
This RELEASE OF EASEMENT is made by CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal
corporation of the State of Idaho, this ~ ~ ~ day of F~ - , 2008;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Easement Agreement dated June 28, 1979, recorded July 29,
an
1979, as instrument number 7941054 AND Easement Agreement dated July 12, 1979,
recorded July 26, 1979, as instrument 7941053 records of Ada County, State of Idaho,
ADA COUNTY H'1GHWAY DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to herein as "ACHD"), Inc..,
as Grantor, granted to WYETH LABORATORIES, INC.., as Grantee, "an easement over
and under the property therein more .particularly described in the above referenced
instruments; and
WHEREAS, the easements are no longer necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, by these presents the CITY OF MERIDIAN does hereby
release said easement and hereby abandons any claim it may have thereunder to use
the Servient Estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Release of Easement has been duly executed by
and on behalf of the CITY OF MERIDIAN the day, month and year first above written.
