Conditions of Approval: Project is subject to all current City ordinances and conditions of approval
for Bodily RV CUP and Certificate of Zoning Compliance (dated 4/22/03).
Signage: No signs are approved with this CZC. All signs will require a separate sign permit in
compliance with the sign ordinance.
Landscaping: No part of the maintenance building shall encroach into the future 28-foot wide
landscape strip adjacent to the west property line.
Lighting: Any lighting mounted on the building shall not cause glare or impact the traveling public or
neighboring development.
Access: Vehicular access to the building shall occur only on a paved surface, per MCC 11-13-4.D.
ACHD Acceptance: Applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACHD as they
pertain to this development. All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a
building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACHD
requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning and Zoning
staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Plan Modifications: The approved Site Plan, stamped 11/4/03, is not to be altered without prior
written approval of the Planning & Zoning Department. No significant field changes to the
site or landscape plans are permitted; prior written approval of all changes is required.
