STONEHOUSE EVANGELICAL CHURCH ANNEXATION AND ZONING
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING THE N.W. CORNER SECTION 11, T. 3 N., R. 1 W.,
B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,
have concluded that~it is in the. best interest of said city to annex and zone

to the said City real property which is hereinbelow described.
A tract of land in Section 11, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows;

Beginning at a point on the section line which bears South 600.00 feet from
the section corner common to Sections 2, 3, 10 and 11, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M.,
Ada County, Idaho, thence South along said section line 300.00 feet to a point;
thence S. 89" 03'40" E., 726.15 feet to a steel pin; thence North 300.00 feet
to a steel pin; thence N. 89°03'40" W., 726.15 feet to the place of beginning.
Said tract contains 5.00 acres more or less, subjecy to easements and •road
rights-of-way of record or in use.
ALSO
A tract of land in Section 11, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:

reginning at a point on the section line which bears South 900.00 feet from the
section corner common to Sections 2, 3, 10 and 11, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., Ada County,
Idaho, thence South along said section line 428.37 feet to the North sexteenth
corner common to said Sect:onslOc;and 11; thence S. 89°20' E. along the sixteenth
line, 726.10 feet to a steel pin; thence North 424.92 feet to a steel pin:;; thence
N. 89°03"40" W., 726.15 feet to the place of beginning. Said tract contains 7.11
acres more or less, subject,to easements and road rights-of-way of record of in
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the above described and referenced real property is hereby
annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned as follows: R-4 Residential.
Section 2: That this Ordinance does not supersede the record, particularly
the Findings of Fact and Conclusions, pertaining to this annexation, but said record
is made a part hereof by this reference and incorporated herein.
Section 3. That°~the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal de-
scription and map which shall plainly and clearly~7esignate the boundaries of said
property, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the
State Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date of this
Ordinance.
Section 4: WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is declared
to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by-the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this 4th day of April, 1989.
