AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 11-2-409 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND RE-ENACTING SAID SECTION OF
11-2-409 WITH ADDITIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Meridian, State
of Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interests of said City
to repeal Section 11-2-409 of the Meridian Ordinances and to re-enact
said section with changes effective as set forth hereinafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Section 11-2-409, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That Section 11-2-409 is hereby re-enacted and which
shall read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN ANNEXING AND ZONING A PORTION OF
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP
3 NORTH RANGE 1 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
'Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to
annex to the said City the real property which is described in Exhibits
"A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference
as if set forth in full herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY IDAHO:
Section 1: That the described and referenced real property in Exhibits
"A" and "B" is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned
as follows: R-4 RESIDENTIAL.
