CITY OF MERIDIAIN WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS 10, llr 12, 13,
14 AND 15 IN $LOCK 1 OF AMENDED PLAT OF F.A. NOURSE'S THIRD ADDITION TO MERIDIAN,
ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN BOOK 7 OF PLATS AT PAGE 299,
OFFICIAL RECORDS, KNOWN AS 1103 EAST FIRST STREET, MERIDIAN, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,
have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to amend and change
the zoning from (R-15) Residential to (C-C) Community Commercial, for the following
