BLOCK 2, AND THE r'IFTEEN F00'I' WIDE WALKWAY EASEMENT ALONG THE NORTH
END OF LOT 7r BLOCK 2r SETTLERS VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
BUT LEAVING IN TACT THE DRAINAGE HND UTILITY~EASEMENTS THAT RUN

WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Idaho, have concluded that, it i.s in the best interest of said_City to
amend and change the zoning from CGr General Retail and Service
Commercial to R-8, Residential for the following described land:
Lots 4,5,6 and 7r Block 1 and Lots 4,5x6 and 7r
~slock 2, Settlers Village Subdivision, Ada County
Idaho.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Idaho have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to
vacate the walkway easement twenty feet in width along the east end of
Lots 4r5r6 and 7r Block 2, and the fifteen foot walkway easement on the
north sides of Lots 7r Block 2r Settlers Village Subdivision, Ada County,
Idaho.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is
described as follows:
Lots 4r5r6, and 7r Block 1, and lots 4,5r6r and 7, Block 2r
Settlers Village Subdivision, Ada County, Idaho.
Be and the same hereby is rezoned from CG, General Retail and
Service Commercial to R-8 Residential and that Section 11-2-425, Official
Zoning Maps is hereby amended~to reflect the same.
section 2. That the walkway easements twenty feet in width along
the east end of Lots 4r5r6, and 7r Block 2, and the fifteen foot walkway
easement on the north side of Lot 7, Block 2r is hereby vacated but left
in tact are the drainage and utility easements which run concurrent with
the walkway easements.
Section 3. That due to problems with irrigation and the legal
description with the above property and adjacent property on the east,
owned at the present time by Steven Michaels, this ordinance shall not be
published until those irrigation and legal aescription problems are resolved;

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.486 WHICH ORDINANCE ANNEXED AND ZONED
LOT 6 OF EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian
have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to
the said City real property which is hereinbelow described as follows:
LOT 6 OF EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN BOOK 4
OF PLATS AT PAGE 158, AND INCLUDING THE NORTH 1/2 OF
THE RIGHT OF WAY OF PINE STREET ADJACENT THERETO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the above described and referenced real property
is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned as follows:
The 110.00 feet adjacent to Pine Street L-0, LIMITED OFFICE; that balance
of the property R-8 RESIDENTIAL.
Section 2. That this Ordinance does not supercede the record, particularly
the Findings of Fact and Conclusions, pertaining to this annexation, but
