ALLISON FIRST ANNEXATION
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING LOT 6 OF EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,
have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the
said City real property which is hereinbelow described:
ALLISON FIRST ANNEXATION
LOT 6 OF EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN BOOK 42
OF PLATS AT PAGE 158.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL uF
THE-CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
._ Section 1: That the above described and referenced real .property
is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned as follows:
the 110.00 feet adjacent to Pine Street L-O,,LIMITED OFFICE; the balance
of the property R-8 RESIDENTIAL.
erection 2: That this Ordinance does not supercede the record,
particularly the Findings of Fact and Conclusions pertaining to this
annexation., but said record is made a part hereof by this reference and
incorporated herein.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and.map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries
of said property, to be filed with the Hda County Recorder, Ada County Assessor,
and the State Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date
Cf this Ordinance.
Section 4. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency
zs declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
