WHEREAS, the City~Council and~the Mayor of the City of Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said City real property which is {~ereinbelow described: TERTELING TRUST #7 Beginning at the south 1~:/4 corner of Sec. 18, T. 3N. R. lE., B.M., a bronze cap in a concrete post, in Ada County,~Idaho; thence S 89"42' 17" W for a distance of 685.39 feet along the south boundary of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T. 3N., R. 1~E., B.M. to a steel pin, THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; ~~ thence continuing S 89°42' 17" W for a distance of 30.56 feet along the south boundary of the SW 1/4 of section 18, T. 3N., R. lE., B.M. to a point; thence N. 0°45' 17" E. fora distance of approximately 1,075 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Interstate Highway 84; thence N 89°17' 03" E for a distance of approximately 30.5 feet along the southerly right of way line of Interstate Highway 84 to a brass cap in a concrete post; thence S 0°45' 17" W for a distance of 1.0.75.09 feet to a steel pin being THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING, comprising approximatey~ 0.8 acre. NOW ,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1: That the above described and referenced real property is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned as follows: C-G General Retail and Service Commercial. Section 2: That this Ordinance does not supercede the record, particularly the Findings of Fact and Conclusions, pertaining to this annexation, but said record is made a part hereof by this reference and incorporated herein. Section 3: That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries of said property, to be filed with the Ada County RecordeM~ Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within tear (10) days following the effective date of this Ordinance.
