Section 1:: That the above described and referenced real property is
hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned as follows - C-G
General Retail and .Service Commercial.
Section 2: That this Ordinance does not supercede the record, particularly
the Findings of Fact and Conclusions, pertaining to this annexation,~but said
record is made a part hereof by this reference and incorporated `herein.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal-~
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries

of said property, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada Courity.Assessor,
and the State Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective da~P
of this Ordinance.
Section 4: There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared
to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.

IS A PART OF BLOCKS 2 AND 3 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF F.A. NOURSE'S THIRD
ADDITION TO MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, ALSO KNOWN AS 1303 EAST FIRST STREET,
MERIDIAN, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, have
concluded that is in the best interest of said City to amend and change the zoning
from "R-15" Residential to "L-O" Limited Office for the following described land:
The North 8 feet of the East 170 feet of Block 2 and
the South 75 feet of the East 170 feet of Block 3 of
the amended Plat of F.A. Nourse's Third Addition to
Meridian, according to the Plat thereof, filed in Book

WHEREAS, the City of~Meridian and Intermountain Gas Company entered into
a franchise agreement pursuant to Ordinance No. 85 dated January 7, 1957 for
a term of~30 years, and such term is about to expire;
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Meridian, State
of Idaho, have concluded that it is~in the best interests of said City to enter
