AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS
DESCRIBED AS BEING A. PORTION OF THE N 1/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/4, A PORTION
OF THE SE 1/4 NE 1/4, SECTION 3-3, T. 3N,, R. 1W., B.M., AND A
PORTION OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3, SECTION 18, T. 3N., R.lE, B.M., ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said
City to annex to the said City real property which is hereinbelow
described:
HIGH COUNTRY OF IDAHO, INC. ANNEXATION
A parcel of land being a portion of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of the SE 1/4, a portion of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 13, T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., and a portion of Government
Lot 3 of Section 18, T. 3N., R. 1E., B.M., Ada County, Idaho
and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
point marking the East one -quarter corner of the said
Section 13; thence South 1002104" West 662.57 feet along
the Easterly boundary of the said N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 13 to a point marking the Southeast
corner of the said N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 13; thence North 89131*12" West 350.00 feet along the
Southerly boundary of the said N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 13 to a point, also said point being the
REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 89°31'12"
West 968.49 feet along the said Southerly boundary of the

point of beginning of curve on the Easterly right-of-way
line of State Highway 69, Federal Aid Project No. S-3782(1);
thence along the safd Easterly right-of-way line of State
Highway 69 the following courses and distances: Southwesterly
along a curve to the right 317.28 feet, said curve having a
central angle of 16°44'25", a radius of 1,085.92 feet,
tangents of 159.78 feet and a long chord of 316.15 feet
bearing South 15°39114" West to a point of spiral to curve;
thence South 3005120" West 243.33 feet to a point of spiral;
thence South 1°28'25" East 228.51 feet to a point; thence
South 1°02'04" West 222.84 feet to a point; thence leaving
the said Easterly right-of-way line of State Highway 69

right-of-way line of the said State Highway 69; thence along
the said Westerly right-of-way line of State Highway 69 the

acres, more of less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE r1AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section l: That the above described and referenced real
property is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be
zoned as follows: -General Retail and Service Commercial (C-G).
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of
the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly
designate the boundaries of said described property, to be filed
with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State
Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date
of this Ordinance.
