ORDINANCE NO. 425
AN ORDIN~E SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO
BE RAISED ROM TAXES ASSESSED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF ME IDIAN FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1983, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed Upon all the taxable
property within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
for all purposes for the year October 1, 1983, to September 30, 1984,
the following amount: THREE HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND, TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($343,235.00).

Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergancy therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publica-
tion by law.
PASSED BY THE City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho this 6th day of September, 1983.
