ORDINANCE NO. 417
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7-104 OF TITLE VII, CHAPTER 1, ENTITLED
LICENSE FEES FOR EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE REVISED AND
COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian
Idaho have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to
repeal Section 7-104 of Title VII, Chapter 1, said Section 7-104 being
entitled License Fees for Eating and Drinking Establishments; and
WHEREAS, the l~censing for eating and drinking establishments has
been undertaken by the -. Central District Health Department of the
Department of Health and Welfare, State of Idaho, the City of Meridian
is no longer in need of an Ordinance pertaining to licensing fees for
eating and drinking establishments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 7-104 of Title VII, Chapter 1, said
Section 7-104 being entitled "License Fees for Eating and Drinking
Establishments" shall be and the same hereby is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Whereas, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 18th day of October
