PFOST'S SUBDIVISION, LOTS 2 and 3 THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN BOOK 4 OF PLATS AT PAGE 157, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN WHICH PROPERTY IS ' , ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. Section 3. The above described property to be known as the AMBROSE ANNEXATION and to be zoned "c" C6mmerciid:_is annexed to the City of Meridian subject to the requirement that all Ordinances of the City of Meridian be complied with by Petitioner for annexation and that the Petition for Annexation or owner of the property provide an additional ten (10) feet of dedicated right-of-way on the east s.ide of Meridian Road where it is adjacent to the property and that the Petition for Annexation or owner of the property execute a license agreement with the Ada County Highway District for the conti,nued placement of flower pots in the extended right~6f-way above required, and that the property meet the requirements of Central District Health regarding the use of the property. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
