AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 4- J D
AN ORDIANANCE SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO
BE RAISED FROM TAXES ASSESSED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY. OR MERIDIAN FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1982, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the
taxable property within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, for all purposes for the year October 1,1982,
to September 30, 1983, the fo 11 owi ng amount: - TWO HUNDRED NINETY-
THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN and NO/lOa DOLLARS ($293,815.00).
General Fund---------$293,815.00
Section 2. WHEREAS, there ;s an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publica-
tion by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho this 7th day of September, 1982.
