CITY OF MERIDIAN FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1982, AND ENDING
SEPTEr-illER 30, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
rlliRIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the
taxable property within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, for all purposes for the year OGtober 1, 1982,
to September 30, 1983, the following amount: ,rwo EUNDFED NINETY...Sl},
THOUSAND, SE\7EN HUNDRED TWELVE and NO/IDD DOLl,,7:lPS (~296, 712.00) .

Section 2. WHEPEAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publica-

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the
taxable property within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, for all purposes for the year October 1, 1982,
to September 30, 1983, the following amount: TWO HUNDRED NINE?'I'Y-SI
THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED TWELVE and NO/100 DOLLARS ($296, 712. 00) .
