AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS
DESCRIBED AS BEING SITUATE IN SECTION 13, T. 3N. of R. lW. of the
BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH
PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said
City to annex to the said City real property which is described as

Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 13, in T. 3N.,
of R. lW., of the B.M., in Ada County, State of Idaho, 999.9 feet
North from the East quarter section corner of said Section 13;
thence South on said section line 326.7 feet; thence West
1324.1 feet, more of less, to a point on the West line of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13,660 feet North of the
SW corner of satd SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13,
said potnt betng 667.9 feet, more or less, South from the NW
corner of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13; thence
North on said West line 333.95 feet; thence in an Easterly
direction 1324.1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, which is
described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 13, in T. 3N.,
of R. lW., of the B. M., in Ada County, State of Idaho, 999.9 feet
North from the East quarter section corner of said Section 13;
thence South on said section line 326.7 feet; thence Westlj324.1
feet, more or less, to a point on the West line of the SE 1/4
of th~ NE:l/4 of said Section 13, 660 feet North of the SW
corner of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13, said
point being 667.9 feet, more or less, South from the NW corner
of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13; thence North on
said West line 333.95 feet; thence in an Easterly direction
1324.1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the
legal description and map whith shall plainly and clearly designate
the boundries as altered, to be fil ed with the Ada County Recorder,
Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days
following the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 3. The above described property to be known as the
JOHNSON PLACE ANNEXATION and to be zoned "C" Commercial is annexed
to the City of Meridian SUbject to the requirement that all Ordinances
of the City of Meridian be complied with by Petitioner for annexation.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this -L6- day of August, 11982.
