AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERl'AIN REAL PROPERrY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
BEING SITUATE IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NW QUARrER OF SECI'ION 8, 'IDWNSHIP 3
NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, 'IO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN WHICH
PROPERrY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS 'IO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Cormcil and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said
City real property which is described as follows:

A tract of land located in the South half of the Northwest Quarter: of
Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, B.M., Ada Cormty,-Idaho,:-more

NOW, THEREFDRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, which is described as
follows:
A tract of land located in the South half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, B.M., Ada Cormty, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows:
Ccmnencing at the brass cap marking the Southwest corner of said Northwest
Quarter of said Section 8, which is the Real Point of Beginning; thence
North 0041' 00" West 606.29 feet along the Westerly oormdary of said
Northwest Quarter; thence North 89019'00" East 182.73 feet to an iron pin
in the centerline of an irrigation lateral; thence South 60004' 03" East
286.12 feet. along the centerline of said irrigation lateral to an iron pin;
thence South 0041' 00" East 457.90 feet to an iron pin on the South oormdary
of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 88057' 50" West 429.00 feet along
said South oormdary of said Northwest Quarter to the Real Point of Beginning.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the oormdaries as
altered, to be filed with the Ada Cormty Recorder, Ada Cormty Assessor, and the
State Tax Conmission within 10 days following the effective date of this
ordinance.

Section 3. The above described property to be known as the LCX:UST GROVE-
EAST PINE. ANNEXATION and to be zoned "D" Industrial is annexed to the City of
Meridian subject to the requirement that all Ordinances of the City of Meridian
be crntplied with by Petitioner for annexation.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
