That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the oormdaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada Cormty Recorder, Ada Cormty Assessor, and the State Tax Conmission within 10 days following the effective date of this ordinance. I Section 3. The above described property to be known as the LCX:UST GROVE- EAST PINE. ANNEXATION and to be zoned "D" Industrial is annexed to the City of Meridian subject to the requirement that all Ordinances of the City of Meridian be crntplied with by Petitioner for annexation. Section 4.
