T. 3N, R. IE., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; A PORTION OF THE SE 1/4-NORTH OF THE
OREGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, R. IE, B.M., ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO; A PORTION OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8, T. 3N., R. IE., B.M.,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND A PORTION OF THE NVJ 1/4 OF SECTION 8, T. 3N., R. IE, B.M.,

WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said City

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
