AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PORTION OF LAND LYING IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF
SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone certain
real property which is described as follows:
WEST. CHERRY _LANE ANNEXATION
Commencing at the one quarter common to said Section 1, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian and Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1
West of the Boise Meridian; thence North 890511 East, 754.7 feet along the
section line common to said Sections 1 and 12, said line also being the
centerline of right-of-way for Cherry Lane, to a point; thence North 1027'
West, 40.01 feet to the real point of beginning; thence along the following
cour~es and distances to iron pins; North 10271 West, 110.00 feet; thence
South 89051' East 65.00 feet; thence South 1027' Bast, 110.00 feet; thence
North 89051' West, 65.00 feet to the real point of beginning.
NOW TH6REFORE, BE ITrORDAINED BY THE J1AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
