AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY
TO BE RAISED FROM TAXES ASSESSED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY OF fVlERIDIAN FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1981
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby assessed upon all the
taxable property within the limits of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, for all purposes for the year October 1, 1981
to September 30, 1982 the fo 11 owi ngamount: TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-
SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN AND NO/100 ($277,447.00)
DOLLARS.
General Fund-----------------$277,447.00
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect
publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 8th day of September, 1981.
