That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal descrip- tion and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective date of this ordinance. Section 3. The above described property is annexed to the City of Meridian subject to the following requirements: 1) the Preliminary Plats answer to the questions of traffic, landscaping, sewer and water connections and design review, and 2) no variances for interim septic tank and field drains will be allowed, and 3) that the period from January 28. 1980, until the time the building permit is issued shall be no longer than two (2) years, and if it is longer, deannexation proceedings may begin. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
