AMENDtU ORDINANCE NO. 360 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS~ BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 18, T. 3N., R. 1E., ADA COUNTY, IDaHO, AND BEING A PORTION OF SAID SECTION 18, T. 3N., R. lE., RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF r~ERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO~ WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said City real property which is described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 18, T. 3N., R. lE., Ada County, Idaho, a brass cap at the intersection of Overland Road and State Highway 69; Thence N. 89042'1711 E. 1759.03 feet along the south side of s~td Section 18 and along the centerline of Overland Road to a point, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; I thence N. 0045'17" E. 537.47 feet to a steel pin; thence N. 89042'11" E. 85.0 feet to a steel pin; thence S. 00 45'17" W. 537.47 feet to a point; thence S. 89042'17" W. 85.0 feet along the south side of said Section 18 and along the centerline of Overland Road to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, which is described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 18, T. 3N., R. lE., Ada County, Idaho, a brass cap at the intersection of Overland Road and State Highway 69; Thence N. 89042'17" E. 1759.03 feet along the south side of said Section 18 and along the centerline of Overland Road to a point, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N. 0045117" t. 537.47 feet-to a steel pin; thence N. 89042111" E. 85.0 feet to a steel pin; thence S. 0045'17" W. 537.47 feet to a point; thence S. 89042'11" W. 85.0 feet along the south side of said Section 18 and along the centerline of Overland Road to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING. be and the same is hereby accepted. as requested by the owners, and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is hereby zoned as follows: "C" Commercial. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Comm;ssionwithin 10 days fOllowing the effective date of this ordinance. Section 3. The above property is annexed to the City of Meridian subject ot the following requirements: 1) compliance with water and sewer requirements; 2) design review and approval of design; 3) landscaping, 4) construction of acceleration and 6) that the property be subject to the proposed zoning ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 6th day of October, 1980. I ".
