AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 309
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS:
A PORTION OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12, T. 3N., R. lW., 8.M.; AND A PORTION OF THE NE
1/4 OF SECTION 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said City certain real pro-
perty wnich is described as follows:

A parcel of land situated in the Southwesto~~ quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 12, T.
3N., R. lW., B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as

within 10 days followirnthe effective date of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
