AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS A
PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11. TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH. RANGE 1 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN.
IN ADA COUNTY. ST~TE OF IDAHO. LYING WITHIN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN. ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS. the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meri dian. have concl uded
that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone the following described real
property from "A" Residential to "c" Commercial:

Commencing at a point which is 25 feet West of the Northeast ..orner of the SE
1/4 of Section 11. Township 3 North. Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian. in Ada
County. State of Idaho; thence West 130 feet; thence South 140 feet; thence East
130 feet; thence North 140 feet. which is the p6int of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFMERfDIA
ADA COUNTY. IDAHO:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property. which is described as follows:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian. Ada
County. Idaho. this 6th day of October. 1980.
