AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEYPOR ALL THE NECE::i::iARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN~. ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COM-
MENCING THE FIRST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1980, AND ENDING THE THIRTIETH DAY OF S~PTEMBER,
1981, THIS ORDINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, AND DECLARINr, AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the following is a statement of the proposed revenues of the
City of Meridian, Idaho, from all sources for the fiscal year commencing OctobeL 1,
1980, and ending September 30, 1981. to wit:

Section 2. That the fOllowing sums of money, or so much thereof as may De
necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any money in the City Treasury of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose
of defraying any and all necessary expenses and liabilities for the said City of
Meridian, to be incurred for general municiapal purposes for the fiscal year com-
mencing the 1st day of October, 1980, and ending the 30th nAY of September, 1981,

Section 3. The amount of money derived from funds or sources created by
1aw for the specified purposes in this Ordinance provided is hereby appropriated
for such 'purposes and no other.
SAction 4. The City Clerk of the City of Meridian is hereby authorized,
upon presentation of proper vouchers approved by the Mayor and City council of
the City of Meridian as provided by law, to draw his warrant on the funds above
stated and again~L the appropriation as made in the prAceding sections of this
Ordinance, in favor of the parties entitled thereto.

Section-So That this Ordinance be, and the same is her~1.Jy designated
as "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
FOR TIlE FISCAL YEAR OF 1980-1981."
section 6. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take ~f[ect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 2nd day of september, 1980.
