AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED
FROM TAXES ASSESED ON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN TEE CITY OF MERIDIAN FOR
THE YEAR BEGINNING OCITOBER 1, 1980 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1981.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there io hereby asseooed upon all the taxable orooerty
within the limits of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, for all purposes
for the year October 1, 1980 to September 30, 1981 the following amount:
TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NO/lOO ($262,936.00)
DOLLARS.
General Fund----------------------------$262,936.00

Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be-in force from and
after xJt:S" passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 18th day of August, 1980.
