ORDINANCE NO. 373
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED
AS PART OF THE NW 1/4 NW 1/4 SECTION 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
LYING WITHIN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone the following
described real property from "A" Residential to "C" Commercial:
GRESTWOOD NO.3:
Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 13, 1. 3N., R. lW., B.M.. Ada County, Idaho.
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 13, T. 3N., R. lW., 8.M., the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 89049'00" E 347.07 feet along the north line of said
Section 13. to a point; thence S 00000'30" E 509.90 feet to a point; thence S
89059'30" W 40.00 feet to a point; thence S 42041 '00" W 172.18 feet to a point
on -the centerline of Ten Mile drain; thence N 4701.9'00" W 109.84 feet along said
centerline to a point; ,thence on a curve to the left whose central angle is
39043'09", whose radius is 175.00 feet, whose length is 121.32 feet, whose tangent
is 63.21 feet and whose long chord bears N 67010'36" W 118.90 feet to a point on th
west section line of Section 13; thence N 00000'30" W 517.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Contains 4.456 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
