361 Rainey-Kuhl Annexation /> 193 ORDINANCE NO. 361 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: A TRACT OF lAND SITUATED IN NORTHEAST QUARTER, NORTHEAST QUARTER, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal descrip- tion and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective date of this ordinance. Section 3. The above property is annexed to the City of Meridian subject to the following requirements: 1) that before Preliminary Plat approval, there is positive commitment for water and sewer across the Interstate I-80N (1-84) to service the property, 2) that there is adequate buffering between this property and surrounding property, 3) design review including detailed landscaping and approval of such design, and 4) that the property and use meet all other City requirements. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
