ORDINANCE NO. 360
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A STEEL PIN INDICATING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE LOS WELFARE CENTER:
THENCE EAST 85 FEET ALONG OVERLAND ROAD; THENCE NORTH 512.47 FEET; THENCE WEST 85
FEET;THENCE SOUTH 512.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said City certain real
property which is described as follows:
Beginning at a steel pin indicating the Southeast corner of the LOS Welfare
Center; thence East 85 feet along Overland Road; thence North 512.47 feet;
thence West 85 feet; thence South 512.47 feet to the point of beginning.

The above described tract contains approximately 1 acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, which is described as follows:
Beginning at a steel pin indicating the Southeast corner of the LOS Welfare
Center; thence East 85 feet along Overland Road; thence North 512.47 feet to the
point of beginning.
The above described tract contains approximately 1 acre. be and the same is
hereby accepted, as requffited by the owners, and made a part of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is hereby zoned as follows: "C" Commercial.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description
and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be _
filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission--
within 10 days "following the effective date of this ordinance. ~-
Section 3. The above property is annexed to the City of Meridian subject to the
following requirements: 1) compliance with water and sewer requirements, 2) design
review and approval of design, 3) landscaping, 4) construction of acceleration and
deceleration traffic lanes, 5) fire and police approval, and 6) that the property be
subject to the proposed approval, and
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City ~f Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, this 19th day of February, 1980.
