ORDINANCE NO. 355
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE STANDARD DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY
SEWER AND DOMESTIC WATER INSTALLATIONS CONTAINED IN A PAMPHLET COMPILED BY
J-U-B ENGINEERS, INC., AND ENTITLED "THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO STANDARD
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER AND DOMESTIC WATER INSTALLATIONS."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: The Standard Drawings and Specifications for Sanitary Sewer
and Domestic Water Installations contained in the pamphlet prepared and compiled
by J-U-B Engineers, Inc. entitles The City of Meridian, Idaho Standard Drawings
and Specifications for Sanitary Sewer and Domestic Water Installations, are
hereby adopted. Said Standard Drawings and Specifications for Sanitary Sewer and
Domestic Water Installations, three (3) copies of which, shall be on file at all
times in the office of the Clerk of the City of Meridian, shall be made a part
of this. ordinance as if set out in length herein.
WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is declared to exist,
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Counc il and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meri di an.
