ORDINANCE NO. 354~
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF THE W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3N.,
RANGE lW., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said City certain real
property which is described as follows:
A part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 3N., Range lW., B.M.,
! Ada County~ Idaho, as follows:
Beginning at a point 25' N. 0006'E. of the quarter section corner common to
Sections 12 and 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho; thence East and
parallel to the South boundary line of said Section 12 a distance of 307.2' to 1-

the S6uth boundary 1 i ne of the ri ght-of-way of the Uni on Pacifi c Rail road; thence
South 89000' East along the South boundary line of the right-of-way of the

to Section 12 boundary 552.8' to the true point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described as follows:
