AMENDED ORDINANCE NO 343
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: THAT PORTION OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1
WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE
EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 11; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY
OF THE SE 1/4 380 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 283 FEET TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE WEST 306.2 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 698.21 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
OF THE OREGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-Of-WAY A DISTANCE
OF 306.2 FEET; THENCE NORTH 692.95 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS
TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have con-
cluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said City
certain real property which is described as follows:

That portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 11; thence West along the
Northerly boundary of the SE 1/4 380 f-et; thence South 283 feet to the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence West 306.2 feet; thence South 698.21 feet, more or
less, to the right-of~way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad; thence East along
said right-of-way a distance of 306.2 feet; thence North 692.95 feet, more or
less, to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO~
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, which is described as
follows:
That portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 11; thence West along the
Northerly boundary of the SE 1/4 380 feet; thence South 283 feet to the REAL POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence West 306.2 feet; thence South 698.21 feet, more or less, to the
right-of-way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad; thence East along said right-of-way
a distance of 306.2 feet; thence North 692.95 feet, more or less, the the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING.
be, and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the owners, and made a part
of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is hereby zoned
as follows: 11011 Light Industrial.
Section 2. That the development of the above described property must go through
Design Review, including roadway access and landscaping but not 1imited thereto.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description
and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be
filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission
whithin 10 days following the effective date of the Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and pUblication as required by law. :
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this 1st day of October, 1979.
