ORDINANCE NO. 352
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PRIMROSE SUBDIVISION, FILED FOR RECORD IN
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, IN BOOK 25 of PLATS, PAGE 1576.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,
have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to vacate a
portion of Primrose Subdivision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 50-1306 A, specifically, and Title
50, Chapter 13, Idaho Code, generally, the City of Meridian, having held the
required hearing and it appearing that proper notice of said hearing was
given, hereby vacates that portion of Primrose Subdivision according to the
official plat thereof filed in Book 25 of Plats, at Page 1576, records of
Ada County, State of Idaho, described below; however, reserving unto the Plat
the below described reservations in the description:

A tract of land in Block 4 of the Primrose Subdivision in the N 1/2 SE
1/4, Section 14, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Primrose Subdivision according to
the official plat thereof filed'in Book 25 of Plats, Page 1576, on file in
the office of the Ada County Recorder, Boise, Idaho, thence N. 0035'54" E.
470.83 feet along the Westerly subdivision boundary to a point marking
the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 3 of Primrose Subdivision; thence S
89011'36" E 386.08 feet to a point marking the Southeast corner of Lot 7, "
Block 3; thence S. 0033'54" W. 25.00 feet to a point marking the Northeast;
corner of Lot 1, Block 4; thence N. 89011'36" W. 220.00 feet to a point
marking the Northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 4; thence S. 0033'54" W.
445.68 feet along the Westerly boundary of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 4; thence N. 89014'52" W. 166.34
feet along the Southerly subdivision boundary to the point of beginning;
RESERVING THEREFROM the Westerly 20.00 feet of the above described parcel,
the Southerly 20.00 feet of the above described parcel, and the Easterly
5.00 feet of the above described for utility and drainage easements;
ALSO RESERVING THEREFROM the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the
above described parcel lying between the Westerly subdivision boundary
and the said Westerly boundary of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, for public
ri ght-of-way;
ALSO RESERVING THEREFROM the Northerly 25.00 feet of that portion of the
above described parcel lying adjacent to and Northerly of the Northerly
boundary of said Lot 1, Block 4.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor, which emergency is
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
