WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to amend and change the zoning from "A" Residential to "c" Commercial to the following described land: The East 300 feet of Lot 13 of the Amended Plat of Bown's Second Addition to Meridian, being part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, in T. 3N., R. lE., B.M., Ada County, Idaho. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED bY the Mayor and City Council of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described as foll ows; The East 300 feet of Lot 13 of the Amended Plat of Bown's Second Addition to Meridian, being part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, in T. 3N., R. lE., B.M., Ada County, Idaho. Be and the Same hereby is rezoned from "A" Residential to "c" Commercial. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
