SECOND AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 335
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A PORTION OF THE E 1/2 SW 1/4, SECTION 12, T.
3N., R. lW., B.M., ADA COUNTY, -IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH
PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN ADA COUNTY
IDAHO. ' ,
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
have concluded that is is in the best interest of said City to annex
to said City certain real property which is described as follows:
REALCO ANNEXATION
A portion of the E 1/2, SW 1/4, Sec. 12, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County,
Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 30 feet North of the 1/4 corner common to Section
12 and 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., said point being the REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING: thence, westerly parallel to the South boundary of said Sec.,
204.58 feet more or less to a point 2444.79 feet East and 30 feet North
of Section corner common to Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14; thence North 0
degrees 05'40" West, 299.25 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 41 '40"
West, 139.58 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 00135" West 288.00 feet
more or less to a point that is N. 0 de~rees 00'35" West 635 feet from the
South line of said Section and is N. 89 491 W., 343 feet from the North,
South, mid-section line of said section, thence South 89 degrees 49( East
343 feet to a point; thence, South 0 degrees 00135" East 605 feet to a
point, said point being 30 feet North of the 1/4 corner common to Section
12 and 13, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., said point also being the real point of
beginning.
HEFFEL'S ANNEXATION
IN THE COUNTY OF ADA, STATE OF IDAHO
A portion of the E 1/2 E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range
1 West of the Boise Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho described as follows:
Beginning at the Section corner common to Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14, East
along the Section line, 2306.37 feet; thence North 0 degrees 05'40" West
30.0 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way line of Highway 30,
the POINT OF BEGInNING; thence East along said right of way, 138.42 feet
thence North- 0 - degrees 05~'40" Hesta long a fence, 299.25 feet to a steel
pin; thence North 82 degrees 41140" West along a fence, 139.58 feet to a
steel pin; thence South 0 degrees 05'40" East along a fence, 317.00 feet
to~the POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described
as follows:

be and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the owners, and made a
part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is
hereby zoned as foll ows: The South 150 feet to be "C" Commerci a 1, and the
balance "D" Industrial.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries
as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and
the State Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective date of this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 2nd day of July, 1979~
