RANGE 1 WEST. BOISE MERIDIAN. ADA COUNTY. IDAHO. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT 25 FEET WEST OF THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 11; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SE 1/4 380 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 283 FEET TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; TI-EN:E WEST 306.2 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 698.21 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THEOrfGON SHORT LINE RAILROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY A DISTANCE OF 306.2 FEET; THENCE NORTH 692.95 FEET. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN. ADA COUNTY. IDAHO: Section 1.
