ORDINANCE NO. 340
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING IN CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY WHICH IS A PART OF THE NE1/4 NE 1/4 OF SECTION 10, T. 3.
N. R. lW. OF THE 8.M. ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Idaho, have concluded that-it is in the best interest of said city
to amend and change the zoning from "A" Residential to "C'_I Commercial
to the following described land:
All that portion of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, T. 3N.,
R. lW., of the 8.M., Ada County, Idaho, lying North-easterly
of the Eight Mile Irrigation Lateral.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
Section 1. that the aforementioned real property which is des-
cribed as follows:
All that portion of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, T. 3N.,
R.1W., of the B.M., Ada County, Idaho, lying Northeasterly
of the Eight Mile Irrigation Lateral.
Be and the same is hereby rezoned from "A" Residential to "C"
Commercial.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after is passage and approval as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this~ day of
