330 Meridian Park Subdivision AZ -I ORDINANCE NO. 330 97 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said City certain real property which is described as follows: MERIDIAN PARK SUBDIVISION The SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly des~ribed as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of the said NW 1/4 of Section 1; thence South 0000'29" East 1,366.25 feet along the Westerly boundary of the said NW 1/4 of Section 1, which is also the centerline of Linder Road, to a point marking the NW corner of the said SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 1, also said point\being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 0000'29" East 1 ,332.93,feet along the said Westerly boundary of the NW 1/4 of Section 1 to a point marking the Southwest corner of the said NW 1/4 of Section 1, also said point marking the Northwest corner of the Amended plat of Meadow View Subdivision, as filed for record in the office of the Ada County Recorder, Boise, Idaho, in Book 35 of Plats at pages 3008 and 3009; thence South 89027'12" East 1,327.55 feet along the Southerly boundary of the said NW 1/4 of Section 1, which is also the Northerly boundary of the said, Amended plat of Meadow View Subdivision, to a point marking the Southeast corner of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1; thence North 0003'37" East 1,328.45 feet along the Easterly boundary of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1 to a point marking the Northeast corner of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1; thence North 89015'40" West 1,329.19 feet along the Northerly boundary of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1 to the point of beginning, comprising 40.58 acres, more or less. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. Section 1. That the City Cl erk shall cause one (1) copy of the 1 ega 1 descri pti on and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission with 10 days following the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3.
