AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SJOC:TION 7-505 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, BY ADDING
THERETO A $20.00 FEE AS A PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 7-505 of the Revised and Compiled
Ordinances of the City of Meridian, is'hereby amended to read as
follovs:
7-505: APPLICATION FOR SEWER SERVICE: Whenever any person
desires to obtain sewer service from the City, he shall make ,
application therefor in writing to the Superintendent of Sewers
and sign an agreement to be governed by such rules and regulations
not inconsistent with this Chapter as may be prescribed by the
Mayor and Council. A permit and inspection fee of twenty dollars
<120.00) shall be paid to the City at the time the application
is filed.
Section 2. ~,there is an emergency therefor, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law. '
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
'City ot Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 15th day of May, 1978.
