AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-103 OF THE REVISED AND COMPILED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN; ADA COUNTY, .IDAHO, DEALING WITH PLANNING COMMISSION
OFFICERS; MEETINGS; RULES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Section 4-103 of the Revised and Compiled Ordinances
of the City of Meridian, is hereby amended to read as follOWBt
4-103:: OFFICERS; MEETINGS: RULES: The Commission shall elect its

One regular meeting of the Commission shall be held each month, on

Section 2: WHEREAS, there is an emergency therefor,which emergency
is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as r
required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 3 y,;day of April, 1978.
