;:r ~1.4 ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CER1'AIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED
, AS FOLLOWS: A PART OF THE E 1/2 OF THE W 1/2 OF SECTION 2, T. 3N., R. lW.,
B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT
AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
o concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said
City certain real property which is described as follows:
SUNNYBROOK FARMS ANNEXATION
The E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of Section 2, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho;
EXCEPT Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SE lilt of the NW1/4 of
Section 2, T. 3N., R. lW., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, also said point being the
REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Northerly 837.21 feet along the Westerly
boundary of the said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2, to Ninemi1e Creek;
thence following the said Ninemile Creek in a SouthEa~rly direction 1,005.50
feet, more or less, to a point on the Southerly boundary of the said SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 2; thence Westerly 519.75 feet along the said
Southerly boundary of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2, to the point of
beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT the West 414.73 feet of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T.
3N., R. 1W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho-. domprising a net area of 132.7 acres,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described
as follows:

The E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of Section 2, T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho;
EXCEPT Beginning at the Southwest corner of the BE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of

be and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the owners, and made:'a-
part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is
hereby zoned "A" Residential.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries
as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor,
and the State Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective date of
this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 19th day of December, 1977.
