AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS
TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDA COUNTY, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City ot Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to said city certain real property
which is described as follows;
PUMICE PRODUCTS ANNEXATION
Parcell: The VI 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 in Section 7, Township 3 North,
Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, except the railroad right-of-
way executed by ISAAC W. PFOST to the Idaho Central Railway Company in July 13, 1887,
recorded in Book 12 of Deeds at page 417, records of Ada County, Idaho.
Parcel 2: Part of the BE 1/4 of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian.. Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the section corner common to Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18, T. 3N., R. IE.,
B.M.; thence South 89017130" W., along the south section line of Section 7, 1327.28
feet to a point; thence North 0002120" E., 896.34 feet to the POINT OF BmINNING;
thence on a curve to the left whose central angle is 200011, whose radius is 441.28
feet, whose length is 161.87 feet, whose tangent is 81.85 feet and whose long chord
bears North 10028110" W., 160.96 feet; thence North 29058140" W., 0.60 feet to a
point; thence on a curve to the left whose central angle is 39001135", whose radius is
430.56 feet, whose length is 293.27 feet, whose tangent is 152.58 feet and whose long

373.69 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO: -

be and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the owners, and made a part of
the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is hereby zoned "D"
Industrial.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description
and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries as altered, to be
filed with the Ana County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the state Tax Commission
within 10 days following the effective date of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, this 21st day of November, 1977.
