AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS: A PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1
WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH
PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, ID.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City tc annex: to said
city certain real property which is described as follows:
"GLENNFIELD MANOR ANNEXATION"
The N 1/2 of the SE 1/4; the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; and all of that part of
the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying East of a straight line drawn from a point
124 feet West of the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2,
to a point 68 feet West of the SE corner of the above described tract,
containing 123 acres, more or less, all in Section 2, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada CountY.f state of Idaho.

NOW THEREFORE,' BE IT ORDAINED BY' THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property which is described
as follows:
"GLlliNFIELDMANOR ANNEXATION"
The N 1/2 of the SE 1/4; the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; and all of that part of
the Sw 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying East of a straight line drawn from a point
124 feet West of the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2,
to a point 68 feet West of the SE corner of the above described tract,
containing 123 acres, more or less, all in Section 2, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, state of Idaho.
be and the same is hereby accepted, as requested by the own~rs, and made a
part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and said real property is
hereby zones "A" Residential.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal
description andcmap which shall plainly and clearly designate thebo~q~ies
as altered, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor~,-.>..
and the state Tax Commission within 10 days following the effective. date of~
this Ordinance.
